YO AI Labs seeks a Federal Reporting & Staff Writing Expert to support an AI-focused project as a remote contractor in the United States. You will create, review, and evaluate federal and military-style reports while adhering to established documentation, reporting, and compliance standards.

No prior AI experience is required, but you will need strong command of federal reporting practices and the ability to deliver clear, accurate content for diverse audiences within a remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in federal reporting or staff writing, preferably within the Department of Defense.
• Experience with military or federal reporting formats and documentation standards.
• Background with one or more branches of the US military preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of federal compliance and reporting practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• US-based with experience handling confidential federal or military documentation.
