YO AI Labs seeks a Federal Reporting & Staff Writing Expert to support an AI-focused project. You will create, review, and evaluate federal and military-style reports while applying established documentation, reporting, and compliance standards.

Remote – United States. 3+ years of federal reporting or staff writing experience, with DoD formats preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and you must be US-based with handling of confidential documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal reporting or staff writing experience.
• Experience with military or federal reporting formats.
• US-based with ability to handle confidential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Develop content following federal and military reporting standards.
• Evaluate sample reports using grading criteria and quality standards.
• Develop reference responses, guidelines, and evaluation rubrics.
• Provide expert feedback on reporting structure, clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to improve deliverables.
