Responsibilities

• Coaching & player development: plan and conduct practices, provide instruction, scout opponents, and promote sportsmanship.
• Recruitment: identify and recruit prospective student-athletes aligned with academic and athletic standards.
• Program administration: scheduling, travel logistics, budgeting support, equipment management, and compliance.
