Chatham University is seeking an Assistant Men’s Wrestling Coach to support all aspects of its NCAA Division III Wrestling Program, a member of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). The role emphasizes recruiting, student‑athlete development, and program operations to advance a competitive and successful wrestling program.

The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach, help plan practices, coordinate events, and promote academics, athletics, and integrity among student-athletes

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong leadership abilities and character.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Commitment to NCAA Division III athletics.

• Assist in planning, organizing recruiting efforts to attract student-athletes.
• Support development, mentorship, and leadership of student-athletes.
• Assist with practice planning, competition preparation, and program operations.
• Help manage resources and equipment for the wrestling program.
• Promote student-athlete success in academics, athletics, and personal growth.
• Represent the program at campus events and recruiting activities.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA and PAC rules and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Wrestling Coach.
