Qualifications

• Some education or bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of wrestling techniques, training methods, and match strategy.
• Ability to recruit effectively within NCAA Division III guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, organizing, and conducting daily practices and training sessions.
• Provide technical instruction, skill development, and individualized coaching for student-athletes.
• Support scouting of opponents and match strategy preparation.
• Promote a culture of sportsmanship, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with scheduling, travel logistics, budgeting support, and equipment management.
• Contribute to program compliance, roster management, and reporting requirements.
• Support fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach.
