Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent leadership skills and strong character.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Commitment to NCAA Division III athletics education mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing recruiting efforts to attract qualified student-athletes.
• Support coaching, player development, and performance assessment.
• Assist with practice planning, competition prep, and day-to-day program operations.
• Help oversee program resources and equipment management.
• Coordinate athletic events and campus engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, PAC, and university rules and policies.
