Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) in Ross County, OH. The role centers on leading a care coordination team within a high-fidelity wraparound framework, ensuring quality services for diverse children and families and maintaining strong community partnerships.

The position requires supervisory experience, a relevant degree, and knowledge of Medicaid standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or another related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field required, preferably with multi-system youth or autism/developmental disabilities.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members through meetings, supervision, and ongoing communication.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Support staff through individual and group conferences, case analysis, and skill development.
• Promote teamwork and recognize staff achievements.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicaid standards and maintains required care plans and assessments.
