You will guide the store team, deliver solution-oriented, friendly service, and ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising standards. This full-time hourly supervisory role requires strong product knowledge, team leadership, and the ability to respond to customer concerns with positive resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-oriented, friendly service with product knowledge.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and maintain presentation.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond to concerns with positive resolutions and empower decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor-set messaging.
• Set up promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts, transfers, and stockroom upkeep.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of floors, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap.
• Provide clear feedback to employees and model company guidelines.
• Execute cash-handling and register procedures in daily operations.
