Duluth Trading Company is hiring for a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory Retail Sales Lead in Wisconsin. You will train and lead the store team to provide WOW customer service, manage floor coverage, and ensure accurate recording of customer profiles and transactions.

• Lead store team to deliver the Duluth experience and WOW service.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and maintain presentation.
• Record customer profiles accurately and handle cash functions.
• Respond to issues with positive resolutions and empowered decision making.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee receipts, transfers, and stockroom organization.
• Ensure alarms, safety, and store security procedures are followed.
