Duluth Trading Company in Verona, Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to champion our WOW customer service standard. You will lead the store team, model exceptional service, and ensure merchandise presentation and store standards are maintained to create a memorable Duluth experience.

The role is a full-time hourly supervisory position. You’ll develop product knowledge, engage customers, manage floor coverage, handle cash functions, and train staff while upholding safety and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, solution-based service to customers and lead by example.
