Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Lead for a full‑time hourly supervisory role in Waunakee, WI. You will guide the store team to deliver WOW! customer service, ensure expert product knowledge, and maintain merchandising standards and promotions throughout the sales floor.

Responsibilities include supervising cash handling, ensuring store cleanliness, and upholding safety while providing constructive feedback to staff. Prior retail experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer-centric mindset and ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the Duluth brand and product to deliver friendly, solution‑oriented service.
• Lead store team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrate high levels of service and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and reflect Duluth experience.
• Record accurate customer profile information and respond to concerns with positive resolutions.
• Maintain storefront merchandising and ensure the sales floor is ready for customers.
• Set up promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Oversee merchandise receipt, hanging, steaming and visual merchandising tasks.
