Duluth Trading Company in Evansville, Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to champion the WOW! customer experience.

You will develop product knowledge, lead the store team, and model engaging, friendly service on the sales floor to create memorable shopping moments. You’ll manage floor coverage, record customer profiles accurately, execute promotions with clear signage, and ensure merchandising standards are kept up to date.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team and demonstrate high level of service on the sales floor.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Execute and supervise merchandise receipts, transfers, and visual Merchandising.
• Set up promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the sales floor, stockroom, and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and adhere to company policies.
