• Case Management (90%): provide bedside support to recovering service members and families, gather and exchange information, coordinate services and benefits, and ensure seamless transition to VA or civilian care.
• Program Support (10%): prepare briefs, participate in public awareness efforts to educate the fleet on NWW activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
