Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Complex Case Coordination Liaison in Washington, DC. The role focuses on crisis response, case management, and coordinating with VA and community resources to support warriors and their families.

You will manage a caseload, assess needs, and guide warriors toward appropriate internal and external services. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and strong analytic and communication skills, with ASIST certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field is required or equivalent experience.
• ASIST certification is preferred within 1 year of hire.
• Experience with veteran-focused programs and case management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert for planning and coordinating mental health programs.
• Maintain a caseload of assigned warriors and coordinate external care.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with care teams and families.
• Coordinate with DoD, VA, VBA, VHA and community resources to arrange services.
• Input data into Salesforce and ensure timely, accurate case documentation.
• Provide transition support and program referrals to WWP resources.
