Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a Complex Case Coordination Liaison to manage caseloads of warriors, perform screenings, and coordinate care with internal teams and external resources. The role emphasizes collaboration with VA, DoD, and community providers to ensure timely access to treatment and recovery services.

The position requires a strong understanding of mental health, veteran needs, and data documentation, with a focus on compassionate, warrior-centered care and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, case management, or related mental health field.
• Experience with veteran-focused programming and case management.
• ASIST Certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads of warriors and coordinate with care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assess needs to coordinate external care for complex health issues.
• Coordinate with DoD, VBA, VHA and community resources to ensure timely access to services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, case management, or related mental health field
