Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to advance our physician-led wound care model in SNFs. This role emphasizes relationship-building, clinical credibility, and patient-centered care rather than traditional selling.

You will receive full training, travel 4–5 days per week within your region, and mentorship from clinical sales leaders. A nursing background and comfort discussing wound care outcomes are essential; RN or LPN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
• A natural relationship builder who can walk into any room and leave a lasting impression
• Familiarity with wound assessment, treatment protocols, and SNF daily challenges
• Understanding of how skilled nursing facilities operate and the pressures their leadership faces
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; business/healthcare management training a plus

Responsibilities

• SNF partnership development: Build relationships with facility leaders to grow the physician-led model
• Clinical conversations: Speak confidently about wound care outcomes and value
• Territory development: Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach
• Relationship management: Nurture long-term partnerships built on trust
• Operational collaboration: Work with physician team for smooth transition to service
• Performance goals: Meet targets with training and leadership support
