Job summary

Essity is seeking a Sales Training Manager for Wound Care to design and execute strategic training for our US Advanced Wound Care sales teams. This role focuses on building knowledge, accountability, and field readiness to drive growth, working with cross-functional teams and traveling up to 50% as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading healthcare training, strong MS Office skills, and experience translating complex product information for Salesforce-based customer benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years leading training teams in healthcare or medical devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and graphic software.
• Experience translating technical product info to Salesforce for customer benefits.
• 3+ years in wound care or healthcare training roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs for US Wound Care sales team.
• Develop and update training programs, tools, and activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product and Marketing teams globally.
• Translate sales objectives into actionable training experiences.
• Create an annual training calendar focused on product knowledge and selling methods.
• Measure A&P investments and track knowledge improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Legal partners.
• Manage Field Sales Trainer program for Wound Care team.
• Develop digital and in-person training materials for delivery.
• Present trainings in the field and manage field resources.
• Travel with field sellers up to 50% to support development.
