Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for Wound Care to drive growth across the greater Los Angeles area and Hawaii. You will manage the Advanced Wound Care portfolio, work with clinicians, and target acute care, surgical and wound care centers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years outside sales in healthcare, strong CRM skills, and willingness to travel 25–35%. This remote role offers competitive pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years outside sales in healthcare; wound care preferred.
• Exposure to wound care or surgical markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% (overnight).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across healthcare markets.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly.
• Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
• Engage clinicians to influence product choices and decisions.
• Execute sales processes and contract implementations.
• Penetrate GPO and IDN opportunities.
• Plan territory and accounts pre- and post-call.
