Job summary

Essity is seeking a National Clinical and Economics Solutions Manager - Wound Care to lead clinical strategy, evidence generation, and economic value for the U.S. wound care portfolio.

You will translate outcomes into customer messaging, support value-based selling, and drive KOL development across regions. Ideal candidates have RN/NP/PA/WOCN/WCC credentials and 7–10+ years in wound care leadership, with travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Clinical credential required: RN, NP, PA, WOCN, WCC or similar.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years wound care clinical or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with KOL development and economic modeling beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute clinical strategy and economic value programs for US wound care.
• Translate clinical outcomes into differentiated customer messaging and VAC documentation.
• Lead advisory boards and KOL development; manage KOL budget and contracting.
• Develop tools and resources to support product adoption and value-based discussions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Regional Trainers, and Global Medical Affairs to ensure compliance.
