Job summary

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center patients with intake, discharge and direct care.

Under the supervision of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, you will assess wounds, coordinate care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. ADN is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients; assess wounds and document plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Perform HBO-related duties as trained.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
