Job summary

Healogics seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center setting. You will manage intake and discharge processes and may serve as a Case Manager for assigned patients.

Responsibilities include HBO-related duties, collaboration with clinicians, and documentation in accordance with policies and CMS guidelines. Active RN license required; ADN is acceptable with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and ADN degree.
• BSN preferred and wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients and assist in vein clinic tasks.
• Perform HBO-related duties and potentially hyperbaric safety duties after training.
• Collaborate with other providers and leaders to meet patient needs.
• Document as needed and support clinical operations.
