Healogics LLC seeks an RN to provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients, manage intake and discharge, and support case management. The role includes HBO duties after training and collaboration with physicians and the program director.

Required ADN with RN license; BSN preferred and wound care experience desirable. The position emphasizes accuracy, patient advocacy, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BSN preferred
• Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care and handles intake and discharge per hospital/nursing standards
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients, including initial nursing assessment and care planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educate patient or caregiver
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training
• Collaborate with providers, Program Director and Medical Director as needed
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe)
• Performs other duties as required
