Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Wound Care Center and manage intake/discharge per hospital standards. The role may include Case Manager duties for a group of patients and vein clinic support after specialized training.

You will assess wounds, document plans, and coordinate with physicians while supporting quality improvement and patient education. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, ADN in nursing, and preferably a BSN with wound care experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice maintained throughout employment.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred and experience in wound care/medical surgical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles intake and discharge processes.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients and assist in vein clinic after HBO training.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and coordinate care with physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement, educate patients/caregivers, and maintain patient advocacy.
• Perform HBO-related duties and collaborate with healthcare providers and program leadership.
