Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, operating across 600+ sites. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and support care coordination.

The role involves HBO procedures, collaboration with clinicians, and potential case-management responsibilities. A valid RN license and ADN are required, with BSN preferred and wound care experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice to be maintained.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, including assessments and care planning.
• Perform HBO related duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers and administration to coordinate patient needs.
• Possibly act as scribe and support documentation.
