Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States. The RN will deliver patient care, manage intake and discharge, and may serve as Case Manager within the Wound Care Center.

The role requires an ADN and active RN license; BSN and wound care certification are preferred. Candidate should have strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active RN license in practice state.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Experience in wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handle intake/discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Collaborate with providers and program Medical Director as needed.
• May act as scribe per policy.
• Perform other duties as required.
