The role requires an ADN, an active RN license, and preferred BSN and wound care experience. You may also support case management and quality initiatives in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state.
• ADN nursing degree required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients per hospital/nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients; perform initial assessments and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
