Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and support case management as needed.

The role requires RN licensure in the state of practice, ADN or BSN, and preferred wound care experience or certification. You will collaborate with clinical staff, physicians and program directors in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center as scheduled, following hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager: perform initial nursing assessment, coordinate care plans, and document patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, educate patients/caregivers, and act as patient advocate.
