Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice

• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care for Wound Care Center patients
• Handles patient intake and discharge processes
• Assist in vein clinic as trained
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients
• Performing initial nursing assessments and care planning
• Collaborates with providers on patient needs
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe)
• Performs other duties as required
