Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center and manage intake and discharge procedures. The role may also include Case Manager duties for a group of patients as assigned and exposure to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO).

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, coordinating with physicians, documenting care plans, and supporting quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; wound care or related certification preferred.
• Wound care experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after training; may serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Perform HBO duties after hyperbaric training and safety director duties when applicable.
• Collaborate with clinicians, program director, and medical director to address patient needs.
• Maintain documentation and act as scribe as required.
