Healogics is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in our Wound Care Center. You will manage patient intake and discharge, participate in coordination of care, and support hyperbaric therapy once training is completed.

The role requires RN licensure, ADN degree, and preferred BSN with wound care certification or experience. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced care environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care in Wound Care Center as scheduled
• Manages patient intake and discharge per standards
• Assist in vein clinic after training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Collaborates with providers and program leadership
• May perform scribe duties and related tasks
