Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care for Wound Care Center patients. The role includes intake/discharge management, potential case management, and HBO-related duties after specialized training.

As a key member of the clinical team, you will collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to address patient needs, maintain documentation, and participate in quality initiatives. A valid Alabama RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN degree required with active state license (Alabama).
• BLS certification required or eligible and maintained.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification preferred.
• Experience in wound care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Serve as Case Manager for assigned Wound Care Center patients as needed.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training; may assume safety director duties.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and program leadership to address patient needs.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
