Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, and this RN role focuses on direct patient care in our Wound Care Center. You will manage intake and discharge processes, coordinate with clinicians, and support quality outcomes under CMS guidelines.

Under supervision, you may also take on Case Management duties and participate in HBO-related care after completing Healogics training. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have ADN degree and current RN license in practice state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Wound care experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Wound Care Center patients per hospital standards.
• Handle patient intake and discharge processes as scheduled.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients as assigned.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers, program director, and medical director as needed.
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy.
• Perform other duties as required.
