Job summary

Healogics is the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care services. The Registered Nurse will deliver patient care at the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and support case management and education to patients and caregivers.

The role involves possible involvement in the vein clinic after training, performing HBO-related duties, and collaborating with medical directors to ensure quality outcomes. Prior wound care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BLS certified; nursing care with patient assessment.
• Experience with wound care or caseload management is a plus.
• BSN preferred; ADN R.N. license required in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage intake/discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic and perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Serve as Case Manager for a group of patients and coordinate care with physicians.
