Job summary

Healogics seeks a Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center, handling patient intake and discharge, assessment of wounds, and care planning. You may assist in the vein clinic and serve as a case manager as needed, coordinating with physicians and other providers.

The role involves performing HBO-related duties after training, contributing to quality initiatives, and educating patients and families in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN degree and licensure in state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification and patient care experience.
• Experience in wound care or hospital settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Wound Care Center and manage intake/discharge.
• Coordinate vein clinic duties after training and assist as case manager.
• Document care plans, assess wounds, and communicate with physicians.
• Support quality improvement, patient education, and advocacy.
• Assist HBO therapy and safety leadership training as applicable.
