Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in our Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize outcomes.

The role includes performing initial nursing assessments, wound measurements, documentation, and coordination of care. HBO duties and potential case management responsibilities may be assigned, with training provided by Healogics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic and act as Case Manager as assigned.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and evaluate patient status.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Support HBO therapy and safety duties as trained.
• Collaborate with providers and departments to coordinate care.
