Qualifications

• RN with ADN degree and active license in practice state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Document care plans and communicate findings to physicians.
• Support quality improvement and patient advocacy.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
