Job summary

Healogics seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center, perform intake and discharge processes, and participate in hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties. The role may include Case Manager responsibilities for a group of patients and collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director.

You will assess wounds, document care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN required and valid state license.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge as scheduled.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training as needed.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans, monitor progress and communicate with physicians.
