Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care and oversee intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients. You may also assist in the vein clinic after specialized training and serve as a case manager for a group of patients, coordinating care and documenting outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license and a solid foundation in patient advocacy, with BSN preferred and experience in wound care or medical-surgical settings advantageous.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license; ADN degree required.
• BSN preferred; wound care or medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and handles intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients; perform nursing assessments and document care plans.
