Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Program across an assigned area. You will oversee center operations, staff and finances, while driving quality improvement and community education initiatives.

In collaboration with hospital partners and Healogics marketing teams, you will develop strategies to increase patient referrals, maintain strong relationships with physicians, and ensure compliance with CMS and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• OR High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations (Wound Care Center) and staff management
• Manage revenue cycle, budgets, and financial performance
• Lead community education/marketing initiatives to increase referrals
• Implement a continuous quality/performance improvement program
• Maintain strong hospital relationships and collaboration with hospital leadership
• Ensure regulatory/compliance alignment with CMS and accreditation standards
