Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Budget and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel overnight,

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manages HR aspects: interviewing, hiring, coaching, counselling, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews.
• Handles revenue cycle and financial reporting with hospital partner.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to increase patient referrals and strengthen relationships.
• Maintains relationships with hospital leadership and physicians to align goals and services.
• Ensures compliance and drives quality improvement initiatives within the program.
