Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Program across the assigned area. You will oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial governance, quality/performance improvement, and community education, building collaborative relationships with hospitals and physicians.

Key responsibilities include revenue cycle oversight, marketing strategy to drive referrals, and ensuring compliance with CMS and accrediting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field; 1 year marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field; 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR High School Diploma and 4+ years marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Regulatory/accrediting requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations and staff.
• Manages revenue cycle and stays current with reimbursement changes.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to increase patient referrals.
• Monitors quality indicators and ensures program alignment with hospital PIP.
• Maintains relationships with hospital leadership and physicians.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Traveling overnight may be required.
