Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center across the assigned area. The role covers day-to-day operations, staff management, financial oversight, quality improvement, and community education.

You will build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and physicians, drive referrals, and ensure compliance with CMS and accrediting bodies. This is a full-time on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and management experience preferred.
• Strong regulatory/accrediting knowledge for healthcare organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations, staff management and financial performance.
• Develops and executes marketing and community education plans to increase referrals.
• Maintains collaboration with hospital leadership and physician partners.
• Monitors quality indicators and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Travels as needed to support program growth and hospital partnerships.
