Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center program across assigned hospital partnerships. You will oversee daily clinic operations, staff management, financial oversight, quality initiatives, and community education activities to grow patient referrals.

The role requires coordinating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and marketing to align goals, improve outcomes, and ensure compliance with CMS and accrediting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• OR High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manage the revenue cycle and financial performance with hospital partner.
• Lead community education and marketing to increase referrals to wound care centers.
• Support quality/performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with hospital leadership and physician practices.
