Qualifications

• Current RN license to maintain throughout employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Experience in hospital partner relations and program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and wound care programs.
• Manage staff performance, financial oversight, and quality/performance improvement.
• Develop relationships with hospital leadership and physicians to align goals and referrals.
• Lead community education/marketing efforts to increase program referrals and engagement.
