Job summary

Healogics, Inc. seeks a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center operations within the assigned hospital area. You will oversee day-to-day activities, staff, and performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes.

You will manage the revenue cycle, coordinate with hospital partners on marketing and referrals, and collaborate with physicians and executive sponsors to achieve growth and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; group presentation ability.
• Leadership and teaching skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient center operations and staff supervision.
• Manage revenue cycle and financial reporting for the program and partner hospital.
• Coordinate marketing and physician liaison activities to increase referrals and physician engagement.
• Implement a continuous Wound Care Center Performance Improvement Program; monitor quality indicators.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with hospital leadership, physicians and care teams.
