Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center and related programs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, financials, and quality initiatives within the assigned hospital area.

You will build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and the Healogics team to drive patient care excellence, program growth, and referral development across the wound care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred; 1 year marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience OR 4 years marketing/community education experience in healthcare/clinical operations
• Associate’s degree in related field with 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience preferred
• 4+ years marketing/community education in healthcare industry or clinical operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manage staff and financials; ensure compliance and quality improvement.
• Lead marketing and community education to grow referrals to the WCC.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with hospital partners and physicians.
• Lead and participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate clinical activities and support case management as needed.
