Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center program across an assigned area. You will oversee daily operations, staff oversight, financial management, quality improvement and community education initiatives.

Responsibilities include strengthening hospital partnerships, coordinating marketing plans to boost referrals, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and accrediting bodies, and managing performance improvement activities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Center’s Operations (20%): Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations, assess workflows, implement improvements and coordinate resources with hospital staff.
• 5% Performs Financial Management (10%): Oversee revenue cycle, monitor reimbursement changes, report on financials and control costs.
• Manages Community Education/Marketing functions (40%): Develop strategic marketing plans and referral development with hospital marketing and physician liaison teams.
• Manages Quality/Performance Improvement functions (10%): Lead a continuous PI program and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Manages Relationships (15%): Maintain strong hospital relationships, align goals, and coordinate with leadership; travel as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience

High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience Management experience preferred
