Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. The Program Director/Program Manager is responsible for the Wound Care Center’s operations, staff management, financial oversight, quality/performance improvement, and community education within the assigned area.

This role maintains collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manages revenue cycle and financial reporting for the program and hospital partner.
• Leads community education/marketing efforts to increase patient referrals.
• Implements and monitors a Wound Care Center PI program and quality indicators.
• Maintains relationships with hospital staff and physicians to meet program goals.
• Complies with all policies and regulatory requirements.
