Job summary

Healogics, LLC is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum activities across the assigned area. The role emphasizes strategic operations and collaborative hospital partnerships.

You will oversee center operations, staff management, financial oversight, and quality/performance improvement, while maintaining productive client relationships with hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• OR 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day outpatient center operations and staff.
• Implements improvements to clinic flows and applies best practices to improve outcomes.
• Manages revenue cycle and financial reporting for the program and hospital partner.
• Plans and executes marketing efforts to increase patient referrals to the WCCs.
• Ensures quality indicators and participates in hospital committees and patient safety initiatives.
• Leads clinical staff and coordinates care across the wound care continuum.
