Qualifications

• Current RN license required to be maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred; 1 year marketing/community education or clinical operations exp OR Associate’s degree with 2+ years in marketing/community education or clinical ops exp OR 4+ years marketing/community education/clinical ops exp; management exp preferred.
• Demonstrated regulatory/accrediting knowledge for healthcare organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; leadership and teaching abilities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Center’s Operations, including day-to-day outpatient clinic management and program-wide processes.
• Oversees staffing, workflow, and resource planning to improve outcomes.
• Implements a continuous WCC Performance Improvement Program (PIP) aligned with hospital goals.
• Manages revenue cycle, financial reporting, and cost control across the wound care continuum.
• Develops and executes community education/marketing plans to increase referrals and collaborates with hospital leadership.
• Maintains relationships with hospital clients and drives strategic goals while ensuring compliance.
